VINEYARD INFORMATION Deep decomposed granite soils. Trellised and dripirrigated vines that consistently produce superior quality grapes.

WINEMAKING The grapes were handpicked from selected vineyard blocks. Kept separate, they were destemmed and crushed before undergoing a controlled fermentation in steel tanks, with daily pump-overs. After pressing and malolactic fermentation the wine was stabilized, filtered, and bottled. ALC – 13.5 %vol TA – 5.57 g/L pH – 3.6 RS – 4.6g/L

TASTING NOTES Medium-bodied with dark fruit aromas. An elegant and approachable red wine with ripe plum and slight smoky characters gives the wine complexity and depth on the palate.

AGEING POTENTIAL Ready to be enjoyed right now, or within the next 5 years.
