PRODUCTION The wine was fermented and matured on sludge without malolactic fermentation. The wine is produced in a volume not exceeding 7 barrels. This wine from Elgin was made in 2018 for the first time.

CHARACTERISTICS It smells of fresh citrus, lemon grass and shows signs of a floral touch. On the palate you can feel the typical aroma of a colder climate and minerals with a classic slow aftertaste of taste at the end.
