PRODUCTION The grapes are selected to process a perfectly balanced wine full of flavor. Well-drained gravel and distributed granite soil contribute to an ideal area supporting the natural balance between the energy of young wines and their wealth. Alcohol: 12.45% vol. Residual sugar: 3.7 g / l. Total acidity: 5.9 g / l Ph: 3.48 VA: 0.35

CONSUMPTION Consume fast. It can be stored for several months, but this wine is made for you to enjoy now. Serving temperature: Well cooled.

PAIRING WITH FOOD It goes well with grilled pike, mushroom gnocchi or pork prepared by drawing in a wrap with red onions. Sustainability: Each bottle of our wines has a South African certification seal. This seal is a guarantee of the origin, vintage and variety that are listed on the vignette.
