VINEYARD INFORMATION Deep decomposed granite soils. Trellised and dripirrigated vines that consistently produce superior quality grapes.

WINEMAKING Pinotage grapes were handpicked from selected vineyard blocks. The grape bunches were destemmed and crushed before undergoing a controlled fermentation in steel tanks, with daily pump-overs. After pressing and malolactic fermentation the wine was stabilized, filtered, and bottled. ALC – 13.95 %vol TA – 5.57 g/L pH – 3.58 RS – 4.2 g/L

TASTING NOTES Medium-bodied, juicy red wine with subtle flavours of red fruit backed by elegant good balanced tannins.

AGEING POTENTIAL Ready to be enjoyed right now, or within the next couple of years.
