VINEYARD INFORMATION Deep decomposed granite soils. Trellised and dripirrigated vines that consistently produce superior quality grapes.

WINEMAKING Grapes were handpicked in the early hours of the harvesting day from designated vineyard blocks. They were destemmed and crushed before undergoing a controlled cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was stabilized & filtered prior to bottling. ALC – 12.05 %vol TA – 6.02 g/L pH – 3.68 RS – 4.0 g/L

TASTING NOTES A fresh, delicate wine with fruity aromas. Well balanced with exotic guava, citrus, and passion fruit culminating in a crisp lingering finish.
