VINEYARD INFORMATION Deep decomposed granite soils. Trellised and drip-irrigated vines that consistently produce superior quality grapes.

WINEMAKING Grapes were handpicked in the early hours of the harvesting day from designated vineyard blocks. They were de-stemmed and crushed before undergoing a controlled cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was stabilized and filtered prior to bottling. ALC – 12.65 %vol TA – 5.88 g/L pH – 3.58 RS – 4.4 g/L

TASTING NOTES Unwooded to allow the clear citrus character of the grape to develop unhindered. A fresh delicate wine with fruity aromas. Well balanced on the palate with a crisp, lingering finish.

AGEING POTENTIAL Ready to be enjoyed right now, or within the next couple of years.

FOOD SUGGESTIONS Minnegoed Chardonnay pairs well with roast chicken, risotto with spring vegetables and is also ideal with flaky white fish or your favorite summer salad.
