VINEYARD INFORMATION Deep decomposed granite soils. Trellised and dripirrigated vines that consistently produce superior quality grapes.

WINEMAKING Grapes were handpicked in the early hours of the harvesting day from designated vineyard blocks. The grape bunches were destemmed and crushed before undergoing a controlled cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was stabilized and filtered before bottling. ALC – 12.31 %vol TA – 5.94 g/L pH – 3.48 RS – 5.92/L

TASTING NOTES A fruity yet elegant Rosé with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherries notes.
