VINEYARD INFORMATION These are lattice vineyards and grow on slate and quartz soil with a little red oak leaves. The vineyards were planted between 1993 and 2000. The vineyards are carefully cultivated and yields are managed below 8 tonnes. The grapes are harvested by machine and soaked cold for 24 hours. Fermentation is initiated with selected yeast strains and kept below 26 ° C. Malolatic fermentation is completed in tanks and the wine matures for 8 months using French and American oak.

CHARACTERISTICS Full-body deep ruby ​​color, fine tannins and blackberry flavors that remain at the end.

CONSUMPTION For best results, serve between 16-20 ° C. They can be stored for up to 5 years under the right conditions.
