CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong> Fruit: predominant fruity taste Body: Medium full Tannins: few tannins Acid: balanced Dominant flavors: yellow nectarines, guave (guava), passion fruit, soft lime <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PRODUCTION<\/strong> The grapes are selected to process a perfectly balanced wine full of flavor. Well-drained gravel and distributed granite soil contribute to an ideal area supporting the natural balance between the energy of young wines and their wealth. Alcohol: 12.45% vol. Residual sugar: 3.7 g \/ l. Total acidity: 5.9 g \/ l Ph: 3.48 VA: 0.35 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

CONSUMPTION<\/strong> Consume fast. It can be stored for several months, but this wine is made for you to enjoy now. Serving temperature: Well cooled. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PAIRING WITH FOOD<\/strong> It goes well with grilled pike, mushroom gnocchi or pork prepared by drawing in a wrap with red onions.
