The grapes are all destemmed and crushed and fermentation took place for 12-14 days. During fermentation 3 x pump overs per day was done to ensure optimal color stability and flavor extraction. The wines are aged in French oak barrels for 16-18 months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting Notes <\/strong>This wine delivers a fragrant Bouquet layered with mulberry and sweet plum. The palet is soft with a luxurious moth-feel.
