The Vrede & Lust Artisan line is an exclusive line of carefully handmade wine.<\/span> For this wine, winemakers have enjoyed a variety of winemaking styles and production techniques using small batches of grapes specific to the place.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

ORIGIN<\/span><\/strong> Elgin<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

PRODUCTION<\/span><\/strong> The wine was fermented and matured on sludge without malolactic fermentation.<\/span> The wine is produced in a volume not exceeding 7 barrels.<\/span> This wine from Elgin was made in 2018 for the first time.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Alcohol%: 13.8<\/span> Residual sugar (RS): 2.1 g \/ l<\/span> Total acid (TA): 5.3 g \/ l<\/span> pH: 3.44<\/span> Winemaker: Karlin Nel<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

CHARACTERISTICS<\/span><\/strong> It smells of fresh citrus, lemon grass and shows signs of a floral touch.<\/span> On the palate you can feel the typical aroma of a colder climate and minerals with a classic slow aftertaste of taste at the end.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
