Trellised and dripirrigated vines that consistently produce superior quality grapes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WINEMAKING<\/strong> Pinotage grapes were handpicked from selected vineyard blocks. The grape bunches were destemmed and crushed before undergoing a controlled fermentation in steel tanks, with daily pump-overs. After pressing and malolactic fermentation the wine was stabilized, filtered, and bottled.
